It's becoming more and more popular to have multiple careers aka what I call the two career-system.

Embracing the future of work is important as an employer, colleague, friend, or partner.

This is why flexibility, transparency and alignment are incredibly important when hiring or being hired.

You might have a passion project on Shopify, a side hustle on Substack or an interest in extra income on Etsy.

This will all be weaving its way into multiple career-related jobs and people having multiple roles in other industries and areas.
